SikaCor® EG-1 VHS is a 2-component, micaceous iron oxide primer and intermediate coating based on epoxy resin. Low solvent content according to the guideline of the Paint Industry Association for corrosion protection coating materials (VdL-RL04).
APPLICATION
SikaCor® EG-1 VHS is intended for use by professional applicators only. Mechanically resistant primer and intermediate coating for atmospherically loaded surfaces of steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum. In combination with 2-K top coats, results in a mechanically resistant, water and chemical resistant coating system for long-lasting corrosion protection up to corrosivity category C5 high according to DIN EN ISO 12944-2.
